Level-Headed German Blonde
An easy drinking German ale made with the finest German pilsner malsts and finished with German Hersbrucker hops. Taste the pilsner amltiness with a light cereal sweetness and crisp hop character. The finish is dry, light and refreshing. A fantastic Medium bodied Kolsch- great with cheese, seafood, chicken and salads. ABV 5%

An American Pale Ale in a Pacific Northwest style. Plentiful amounts of cascade hops give a citrus flavor balanced by crystal malts. ABV: 6%
Kill a Man Irish Red
A robust, more aggressive version of its mass-produced America cousin, but with a smooth caramel malt finish. Savor the toasted nutty start balanced with a light caramel sweetness. Our Red is made with British caramel malts finished with East Kent Goldings and Willamette hops. Medium bodied- great with ham, bacon and tomatoes. ABV: 4.9%
Farmhouse Ale
A blonde French ale full of four different Franco-Belgian malts, reminiscent of caramel and wildflower honey sweetness, a pinch of earthy spices, and finished with a touch of floral Strisselspalt hops. Full bodied- excellent with fish or chicken. ABV: 6.7%
Sledgehammer Stout
The style of this brew is a dry Irish stout. This is a dry Stout, not sweet. It has an alcohol bite at the end. The black barley adds a flavor of roasted coffee or burnt toast. The Galena hops adds a spicy character, but it is more malty than hoppy. A small amount of wheat is used to create a creamy texture to the beer. The head is beige and the bubbles are small, and cascade after being poured...ABV: 6%
The Hammered Blond
This is our version of the Black and Tan. The easy drinking Level-Headed Blond defies gravity atop the Oatmeal Cream sweetness of the Sledgehammer Stout making for an excaptional contrast of flavors. As the blond finishes, there is a wonderful blend of flavor as the two beers, from opposite poles of the brewing spectrum, collide in savory symphony.
The Bleached Blonde
This is a Craft Brewed "Light" beer. Reduced calories but fuller flavor than any light beer on the planet.
