Level-Headed German Blonde Ale
an easy drinking German ale made with the finest German pilsner malts and finished with German Hersbrucker hops:  Great with cheese, seafood, chicken and salads
 
Rusty Nail Pale Ale
An English-American hybrid in style, with the best British Maris Otter and Golden Promise malt base available and a dry-hopped aroma of earthy British East Kent Goldings and bright Simcoe hops:  An excellent session beer. – great with spicy foods and burgers.
 
Kill-A-Man Irish Red
A robust, more aggressive version of its mass-produced American cousin.  Our Red is made with British caramel malts, finished with East Kent Goldings and Willamette hops:  great with ham and bacon, tomatoes.
 
Joe’s Nut Brown Ale
A roasty caramel beer finished with Ahtanum hops- good with steaks, pork and mushrooms. Made for barbecue.
 
Sledgehammer Stout
An imperial oatcreme stout made with flaked oats and barley, finished with lactose for extra body and creaminess. Slightly sweet and full-bodied, - good with our chili, pot roast, steaks and especially chocolate.
 
Farmhouse Ale
A blonde French ale full of 4 different Franco-Belgian malts, finished with a touch of floral Strisselspalt hops.- excellent with fish or chicken.
 
 

In addition to the six listed, We will have a weekly firkin (10 gal. of beer) of traditional cask ale with the addition of hops, oak chips, spice or fruit for a unique gravity-fed twist on our regular lineup.

Upcoming beers include Consecrator Grand Cru: a Belgian blonde ale with wheat and oats, flavored with orange peel, ginger, coriander, lemongrass and grains of paradise for the holidays.
